On Cinema at the Cinema (season 7)
The seventh season of On Cinema at the Cinema began airing September 9, 2015.
Gregg returns to the On Cinema fold, having temporarily left following the destruction of his VHS tape collection in the final episode of Decker season 2. However, he acquires an even bigger collection and announces the creation of the Victorville Film Archives. Tim, now married to Ayaka Ohwaki, cedes creative control of the third season of Decker to Gregg, and forms Dekkar, a rock band whose first release becomes the song Empty Bottle.
Dr. San suddenly reappears in Tim's and Ayaka's lives; Tim is initially enraged, but decides to forgive San, and makes him his family doctor, providing regular treatment to Tom Cruise Heidecker Jr. Meanwhile, Gregg, keeping the plotline strictly under wraps, continues shooting the third season of Decker, eventually announcing its title: Decker vs. Dracula. Tim, however, cancels the series, excoriating Gregg for the quality of his work and leading to another rift between the two men.
Tom Cruise Jr.'s health deteriorates under Dr. San's care, and he is rushed to the hospital sometime before episode 9. It is too late, however, and the child passes away just before the final episode of the season.
This season features the first appearance of Axiom, in episode 8.
