Tim and Gregg delve into the worlds of 'The Martian' and 'Sicario.'

Synopsis

The episode opens with a heartfelt montage of moments Tim and Dr. San have had together. Tim, Dr. San, Gregg, and Joe Estevez appear on a new set for today's Dr. San Forgiveness Special. Tim explains that his wife, Ayaka, has been working for Dr. San for over a year, but mistook her pronunciation of his name for a simple Japanese honorific (“Luther-san”). He says further that he “overreacted” to Dr. San's acupuncture treatments from last year, and the two had a falling out. Dr. San apologizes, saying he forgot to tell Tim to “clean your body off” beforehand.

Tim says that Dr. San is now treating little Tom Cruise Heidecker Jr., “who has his own set of health problems.” Tim and Dr. San then begin a discussion of vaccines. They take the pharmaceutical industry to task for brainwashing people into vaccinating their kids, claiming that “millions of kids in this country are dying every day” due to the vaccines. Tim then asks for Dr. San's forgiveness, who eagerly agrees to bury the hatchet, and they share a handshake. Dr. San presents Tim with a gift, a pamphlet explaining the dangers of vaccination. Tim then announces that Dr. San will be a full-time live-in doctor, taking care of Tom Cruise Jr. who is currently “nowhere near one hundred percent.” The discussion ends with an embrace between Tim and Dr. San.

Gregg insists on finishing the show with a Popcorn Classics segment, having come all the way from Victorville apparently for nothing. Tim nixes this, but promises to allow Gregg to open the next show with two Popcorn Classics. The show ends with Dr. San playing a flute solo, “A Song for Peace.”
