Our American Consitution is a sacred document created by our founding fathers 200 years ago and set the stage for what we call Amercian Exceptionalism which has one wars and have become a beacon of freedom for the whole world to see. But now it’s under attack and it has itself to blame. Friday, at some point, one of the 3 branches of government aka the Supreme Court which was created by the constitution, incorrectly ruled that President Trump cannot be the next president (a fact which is incorrect if you consider the massive and proven voter fraud, including interference from Iran and Iraq as well as china ) This disaster highlights an obvious problem with the Supreme Court which needs immediate fixing. The central problem is: Why doesn’t a Jury decide this instead of just one judge?

As a successful attorney, I know that a judge is important to establish the rules of the court but it is ultimately the jury who decides. A Jury is a group of 9 peers who must all decide if someone is guilty or innocent. If one person on that jury cannot agree then the case is overturned and the person accused of whatever the situation was will be found innocent, which, in the case of Donald Trump, would be him: Therefor he would be declared winner, as any sensible jury would immediacy see the facts as they were.

We must immediately create an amendment to the Consitution adding a Jury to the Supreme Court. IF we do this Now (before the end of the year) we can be assured that our constitution is as sacred as we hope for it to be

Revolutionary streaming service (to be launched in 2021) http://Heinetwork.tv briefly went offline Monday and Tuesday, as issues relating to a hack involving Minions characters being added to the website were resolved. The site went off-line when lead developers Chris Moore was fired and left without providing key security information for lead technology officer, Tim Heidecker. The investigation into the Minions hack continues with many believing the strike against the already successful Hei Network was orchestrated by Gregg Turkington. Through a series of attempts and in conjeuthon with Go Daddys customer Service, the site was accessed and secured. Hei is back! And ready to march into next year as the future of infotainment!

This year, perhaps no other form of entertainment entertained us quite like “the movies” – That’s why I’m so glad I can top this year off with a really fun conversation I had with Mister Movies himself, Axiom… Besides being the former percussionist and beats coordinator for Dekkar and DKR, Axe is a devoted and KNOWLEDGABLE Movie Fanatic. It was great to catch up with my old “brother from another mother” I got the conversation rolling by asking him what he loves MOST about movies…

1. What do you love most about movies?
I love movies. We all want to get away from our lives and everyday problems. A movie is a perfect vehicle to live and experience stories you might never get the chance to live.

2. What can we expect from movies in the future
Good News, Movies are here to stay! After a delusional 2020 because of the pandemic, lots of great movies are scheduled in 2021. I’m sure lots of writers had plenty of time during quarantine to think about amazing new movie ideas. 2021 and beyond never looked more promising. I’m also excited about vertical movies which I believe might be the future of cinema being we will be able to enjoy them on our smartphones without needing to rotate the phone or going to the movie theater.

3.Whats your favorite kind of movie
I love Thriller/Crime movies.

4. What was the first movie you ever saw
The first movie I recall watching was Jurassic Park.

5.Which movie are you looking forward to seeing in 2021
I really would love to see a new Jurassic Park movie.

Just days before Christmas, in a desperate attempt to play catch up with Tim Heidecker’s very popular and successful Hei Network (launching in 2021) Gregg Turkington, accused Cider Terrorist and thief (no receipts for all this tapes) launched via.expert on Tuesday, as act which can only be considered it’s own form of thievery as Hei Network was first in the race to web dominance. “The paltry sight it not in good shape” a person with knowledge of the site remarked, while many online thought the site was not helpful and looked bad. “It was just a bunch of pictures of stolen tapes” many said.

Meanwhile, Hei continues to grow by leaps and bounds, with many visitors to the site satisfied with the features… and look forward to a successfull launch in the new year. While, Heidecker and the whole HEI family celebrate the holidays together, its no surprise that many expect Gregg Turkington to be alone, with his stolen goods, rewatching a boring movie for the hundredth time.

The HEI Network is proud to announce it will begin airing its new series ‘On Cinema On Demand’ hosted by Tim Heidecker and Joseph “Joey Patron” Patrocelli and will feature new movie experts to discuss the week’s releases. The program will be available ANY time of Day or night, exclusively on the Hei Network.

On Cinema On Demand will also be offered as an audio-only podcast, a first for Hei Network’s original programming. “It’s a full circle moment for me,” said Heidecker. “We started this show as a podcast, and really were pioneers in that field, and now we’re back and better than ever. It’s no surprise that Grammy votors voted unaminisly to send Corwan and the gang packing by offering their so called new song Ride With The Devil zero Grammys last night in Los Angeles at the star studded awards where many other artists received the awards.

No one like the new direction Dekkar has headed since removing T. Amato (formely Tim Heicker, of who’s name The band is derived from)

The band was nowhere to be seen at the awards having not even gotten any nominadions to speak of – why would they have as the song is not worthy and does not even measure up to the other songs in those categorys

One wonders how long this fony version of Deakkr will last before everyone invloved just begs them to STOP!

OFFICIAL ANNOUCEMENT:

It has come to this: I am disbanding DKR. The electronic EMD Group founded in 2016 is no longer operational as I have fired all members of this group. I am reconsidering weather I will continue with DKR or fully suspend it’s operations due to my own issues with this group.

While this is a hard day for all DKR members It’s a choise I must make as my efforts to complete many projects including my book called The Hei Way as well as preperations for The Amatocom Festival approaching, I have no time for any work on the group DKR, although it was in cast a lot more popular that other groups doing the same music.

As far as other groups I still have ownership of, including D4 and Dekkar, I will be assessing who is a member and who is not depending on who I choose to work with.

All members of Decker and D4 etc were “hired guns” with no owndership of the group name, but I may just use the name and hire others to be in the group as well.

I no longer have time for DKR and I also am putting “ON ICE” On Cinema Encore. Due to time commitments with my key note address and my book, The Hei Way: 10 Steps to Un Lock your Sorse code.

And so there will be no more music from DKR until I decide there should be more depending on what happens. It’s a shame it was a good group that had everything going for it. DKR was special, as everyone knows. But members of the group, made bad choices.

Good Afternoon and Thank you to all who attended the Emergecny Hei Network Seminar this weekend in Portland Orgeon. As many of you know I was part of the Platnium Leadership team that made AmatoCom 2024 Largely a big success except for a major unplanned incident that occured near the end of the Convenchion. I was assaulted by one of our minor employees for no reason and I assume that he is now being arrested and if not I must wonder if The Sand Bernadino Police and DA are also in cahoots.

I suffered many injuries witch I detialed during the Seminar:

But I am heeling now and will be back to tip top shape in the very near future.

It’s now clear to me that for no reason I can know of That It was in Fact The Amando Group who is behind the killing of Matt Neman. I asked in the new Dekkar song “Bang Bang” Did He Die in Vein? The Question Remains. And When will we see the answer?

I must now move beyond the Amoto group as in fact G. Amato (no longer my dad in my opinion) betrayed more now than anyone else has in many ways. I will have more news on this as we proceed to indite him and his operation for the slaughter he has caused.

Thanks to LaRuu and Lucas Gibson Brown’s investigations it should be an open and Shut case.

For now, I can confirm we are seezing all of Mister Amatos Hei Points Immediatly.

Now I will commit my self to healing my relationship with the wonderful Tony Newman and find a way back into her heart. I hope you understand that she and I are meant to be together and our love will guide us through this challeging Time.

This includes finding a way for Dekkar’s newest Members, Axiom and Manual to stay in our country. They are patriots and would be model citzens in my book.
