Stephanie (last name unknown, presumably Heidecker) was Tim Heidecker's first wife. According to Heidecker, they were married around 1999. Very little is known about her, other than they had a son together.
In early 2013, she and Heidecker hosted a foreign exchange student, Ayaka Ohwaki.[1] Around this time, Heidecker was diagnosed with potential blood clots in his brain. Stephanie felt that surgery was not an option for Heidecker, and insisted that he pursue alternative treatments.
By July 2013, Heidecker had gone against her Stephanie's wishes, getting a second opinion, and finding that surgery was still viable, despite being told that the opportunity had passed months earlier. Heidecker and Stephanie, disagreeing on if Heidecker should go through with the surgery after all, eventually divorced.[2]
During Heidecker's Oscar Fantasy in the 2nd Annual On Cinema Oscar Special, Heidecker thanked Stephanie, calling her “beautiful.”
As of February 2020, Heidecker had completely lost touch with Stephanie, stating he was unable to reach her on social media.[3]

- She was business partners with an individual who rented a vacation home in Spain, which the Heideckers spent the summer of 2012 in.[5]
- She used to watch Woody Allen movies with her husband.[7]
