Dale is a character from the Ant-Man series of films, portrayed by Gregg Turkington. Dale is a manager of a Baskin-Robbins franchise, and close friend and confidant of Scott Lang/Ant-Man, portrayed by Paul Rudd. Dale gained popularity online due to a scene in Ant-Man (2015) in which Lang is fired for his criminal record. Dale states that “Baskin-Robbins always finds out,” which was placed on some top ten meme lists for 2015.

Dale returned in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (2023), where he was managing a new Baskin-Robbins location. He was photographed giving Lang an “Employee of the Century” award in service of his work with the superhero team, The Avengers. At the end of the film, he personally made a cake for Lang's daughter's birthday, stating that he hadn't made a cake since 1997.

Dale made his first non-Ant-Man appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe with the film Tide | Captain America: Brave New World | Collateral Stains| Mango Smoothie (2024), in which Captain America / Sam Wilson and Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross / Red Hulk (played by Harrison Ford) fighting causes Dale's car to get bumped, spilling his Baskin-Robbins mango smoothie all over his clothes and face.
