Richárd Bernard is a professional impersonator, best known for his work impersonating British actor Dudley Moore.
“Dudley Moore” was one of the guests at the 7th Annual On Cinema Oscar Special, where he was interviewed by Gregg Turkington in the Mobile VFA. Gregg introduced him as the world's best Dudley Moore impersonator, but he modestly limited himself to among the best “in [his] price range in the tri-state area.” Tim Heidecker did not appreciate Bernard's presence at his wedding, and aggressively tried to kick him out. He was among those who passed out from carbon monoxide poisoning at the end of the Special, due to Gregg having left the Mobile VFA running in the studio.
He played the Two of Diamonds in Deck of Cards.

- Richárd has never been directly addressed as himself, always as Dudley Moore. Therefore, there's no actual confirmation that the in-universe impersonator who plays Moore has the same name as his real life actor.
