The On Cinema Oscar Specials are an annual live broadcast aired simultaneously during that year's Academy Awards, usually hosted by Tim Heidecker and Gregg Turkington.

The specials are traditionally sponsored and catered by Chaplin's Chili, with employee Hank Friedmann often appearing to promote the company.

While the 1st Annual On Cinema Oscar Special was a simple livestream in front of a backdrop and television, subsequent Oscar specials used a larger set with multiple areas and a variety of props. A song written by Tim, "Oscar Fever", was traditionally performed each year, starting with the 2nd Annual On Cinema Oscar Special, before being retired after its final performance during the 9th Annual On Cinema Oscar Special.
