The fourth episode of On Cinema at the Cinema's sixteenth season is a special black-and-white episode and the last to be shot at the HEI Network ESA Campus. The episode features host New Heidecker and guest Gregg Turkington reviewing Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere, Regretting You, and The Watchers (2025, not to be confused with 2024's The Watchers), though New does not appear to remember reviewing Springsteen.

In the episode, Gregg returns the movie props intended for the scrapped pepboys film to G. Amato with stipulations. Following the reviews, New announces that starting with the next episode, On Cinema at the Cinema will tape in a new studio with a live audience and an “entirely new format”, and gives a health update following a talk with riogenesis customer support. For ”Popcorn Classics”, Gregg selects The Wackiest Wagon Train in the West, and notes how they turned “garbage into gold” by turning 4 episodes of a TV show into a movie.
