Over the course of On Cinema, host Tim Heidecker has changed his housing situation several times. Oftentimes, his living situation changes due to unforeseeable disaster, and he frequently stays with friends and family in these cases.

Before the start of the On Cinema podcast, Tim lived in a Los Angeles house with his wife Stephanie and his son. He used the garage as a recording studio, which was apparently slightly messy.^[1]
