Explore new worlds this weekend in Tom Cruise's new film “Oblivion” or snack on some eye candy in “Scary Movie 5” – or just reflect on life with Tim, because time is so valuable.

Synopsis

Tim opens the show by saying it has “been a tough week” for him, and suddenly turns the show over to Gregg, saying “I can't do it today.” Startled, Gregg takes the cards from Tim, asking if this involves Tim's “tumor,” but Tim doesn't elaborate.

Gregg welcomes the viewers to the show again, and asks Tim which two movies are up for review; Tim simply stares off into space. Continuing, Gregg introduces Oblivion, pausing when Tim laughs suddenly. Gregg calls the movie “the real deal,” and awards it five tubs of popcorn. He asks Tim for his review, and Tim says he loved it and watched it with his family. Gregg asks about his family and his “tumor,” and Tim reveals his blood clots have “doubled” to twelve. Gregg says Tim should have gotten the surgery, to which Tim replies “that ship has sailed.” The implication of that statement stuns Gregg, who sits in silence for a moment before continuing at Tim's prodding.

Next up is a horror film, Scary Movie 5, featuring “the whole Scary Movie gang. Gregg says the film has a lot of laughs and chills alike, as well as “eye candy” in the form of Lindsay Lohan. He says the plot is less important than the reaction it will elicit, and awards it five tubs. Tim says he did not get a chance to see it, as his family was “spending time saying goodbye.” Gregg offers that Scary Movie 5 could be a welcome distraction, as it is more comedy than horror, but Tim says that he has been watching his favorite movies instead, and calls the Scary Movie franchise “junk,” as it profits from violence, gore, and suffering.

As Tim continues to bemoan his situation, Gregg insists he get the surgery; Tim maintains that it is too late for that. Gregg advises Tim to get rid of his doctor and find one who is actually competent, but Tim says Gregg doesn't know what he is talking about. Tim closes the episode by asking the crew and audience to remember him whenever they watch a movie. “Especially,” Gregg adds, “when you go to a movie about a stubborn person that won't get surgery when they need surgery.” With that, Tim motions for the lights to dim, and the two sit there still as statues.
