During season 2, host Tim Heidecker experienced a medical incident in which he allegedly suffered from blood clots in his brain. Guest Gregg Turkington theorized that this issue could potentially be tumors. Tim and his wife Stephanie refused to get surgery for the issue, stating that it was a personal decision. However, in S03E01, Tim reveals he did get the surgery, despite Stephanie's wishes. Shortly after the surgery, Stephanie divorced Tim for unknown reasons.
