Guest Gregg Turkington theorized that this issue could potentially be tumors. Tim and his wife Stephanie refused to get surgery for the issue, stating that it was a personal decision. However, in On Cinema at the Cinema Season 3 Episode 1: "The Lone Ranger" and "Despicable Me 2", Tim reveals he did get the surgery, despite Stephanie's wishes. Shortly after the surgery, Stephanie divorced Tim for unknown reasons.
