Over the course of On Cinema, frequent guest Gregg Turkington has had a number of catchphrases.
Traditionally, Gregg has opened each episode he has been a guest in with the greeting “Hey guys!”, starting with Podcast Episode 22: "Kramer vs. Kramer".
Recently, Gregg has begun to follow his traditional “Hey guys!” with the phrase “It's movie time!”
In caseclosed, Gregg stated that it was not movie time, as he was busy working.
Occasionally, Gregg will quiz other hosts or guests on the show as to their movie knowledge of an actor's filmography.
