Victorville Film Archives

The Victorville Film Archives, or the VFA, is an organization created and operated by Gregg Turkington dedicated to the preservation of movies, primarily in the form of VHS tapes. It was founded by Turkington after his personal collection of movies was accidentally destroyed during the filming of Decker: Port of Call: Hawaii. It was acquired by HEI Inc. in 2020. Originally based in Victorville, California, the organization has since changed locations several times following the destruction of its original location, though it retains Victorville in its name.

Gregg was later seen expanding the archive into Selectavision VideoDiscs.[1]

During the filming of Decker: Port of Call: Hawaii, lead actor and director Tim Heidecker wrote and filmed a scene in which Jack Decker, having discovered that Jonathan Kington unknowingly owned a bugged VHS tape, destroys Kington's collection of tapes to prevent any further leaks.

Victorville Film Archives Pictures

Victorville Film Archives Pictures is a production company and subsidiary of the VFA. It has worked on titles such as Decker 3: DVD and Deck of Cards (2022).
