Synopsis
First draft, some missing details
T. Amato introduces “Judge” Joe Estevez, in his first appearance on the new show, teasing his new segment.
T plugs AmatoCon, a new convention for the Amato Group running March 8 - 10 (the 10th being Oscar night, which Gregg notes) and a new book titled The HEI Way. Tickets are available on amatocon.com.
Judicial Watch with “Judge” Joe Estevez has Joe talk about who has the home team advantage at the [uhhhh]. Joe states that he had passed on doing another ad for the Dwyer law firm, though he did hear that the Electric Sun families and TONI are pressing the DA to reopen the case.
Gregg introduce a new segment called “Collector’s Corner”, showcasing various props from the Ma and Pa Kettle films and Ms. Doubtfire. T interrupts the segment to get into the films.
Dying: Gregg thought it was a Bond movie when he first heard the title. He calls it a think piece kind of movie, with a lot of sadness unlike that seen in the Bond movies. 5 bags, 1 little box of tissues. Joey calls it a chick flick that doesn’t go anywhere and harshly gives it 1 star. Joe is also confused about the pre-recorded status of the segment.
Underdoggs: Gregg thought it was an Underdog movie, as in the animated character. Gregg thinks there’s too much sports on the TV and thinks when sports appear in movies it’s too far. He gives it a rare 4 bags, which surprises everyone else. Gregg states Rocky isn’t a sports movie but a boxing movie. Joey gave the film 3.5 stars.
T almost ends the episode before Gregg reminds him that he had an announcement. Joe Estevez is playing a customer in the upcoming Pep Boys Baboon movie.
