Heilots were pilot TV shows produced as potential full programs for airing on the HEI Network. HEI Network subscribers voted with HEI Points to try to get their favorite produced as a full program. The ultimate winner of the promotion was Xposed with Michael Matthews.

During the voting period, Gregg Turkington began using the HEI Points he had accrued as payment for his appearances on On Cinema at the Cinema to vote for his own Heilot, the Popcorn Shuffle. As Turkington was one of a few people who had a consistent income of HEI Points, he was able to spend a much larger amount of points than expected. However, HEI Network executives came to the conclusion that the Popcorn Shuffle did not meet the requirements to become a Heilot, and was removed from voting.
