James Bond is a British media franchise, created by Ian Fleming. It features the eponymous spy, James Bond, a British agent of MI6, codenamed 007, traveling the world and stopping plots of world domination. It began as a series of novels, before being adapted into a series of movies that it is best known for today.

Tim Heidecker has gone on record about his distaste for the James Bond franchise. Despite this, his television series Decker has been said to have been directly inspired by the franchise.
