The “On Cinema” Film Guide was a mobile app released in September 2013.^[1] It featured reviews from On Cinema host Tim Heidecker and frequent guest Gregg Turkington of every movie released up to 2013. Users could select a movie, or they could tap on Tim or Gregg to get a recommendation from either. The app is no longer available for download.

Reviews were audio only, accompanied by stills of Tim and Gregg from On Cinema at the Cinema. It also employed the same rating system as At the Cinema. Due to the sheer number of movies reviewed, each review was created used a set of pre-set phrases by Tim and Gregg. However, some movies had specific reviews programmed in: American Graffiti, More American Graffiti, Atlas Shrugged: Part 1, The Guilt Trip, Jack Reacher, Parental Guidance, Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, and The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.
