The Amato Crime Family Indictment Announcement was a live stream posted by Tim Heidecker to the HEI Network and Instagram on April 24, 2024. During the stream, he declared he had evidence connecting G. Amato and Joey P. to the death of Matt Newman, and his intent to deliver that evidence to the District Attorney of San Bernardino County, Miriam Waymon. However, the county courthouse was locked, and Tim was unable to deliver the documents, instead promising to post them on the HEI Network website.

On April 25, 2024, the documents were posted to the website, however, the PDF file was corrupted and unable to be viewed in most PDF viewers.
