The On Cinema Gift Exchange was a segment during the On Cinema Christmas Special. It involved host Tim Heidecker and frequent guest Gregg Turkington exchanging presents in celebration of Christmas.
Tim gave Gregg a Blu-ray player, which Gregg was thankful but hesitant about receiving, given that his movie collection consisted of mainly VHS tapes. Tim also gave Gregg Blu-ray copies of American Girl: McKenna Shoots for the Stars, The Marine 3: Homefront, Treasure Train, The Breed, and Disorganized Crime.
Gregg gave Tim an On Cinema at the Cinema hat, and a second On Cinema uniform, due to Tim evidently having lost his original.
