They take the pharmaceutical industry to task for brainwashing people into vaccinating their kids, claiming that "millions of kids in this country are dying every day" due to the vaccines. Tim then asks for Dr. San's forgiveness, who eagerly agrees to bury the hatchet, and they share a handshake. Dr. San presents Tim with a gift, a pamphlet explaining the dangers of vaccination. Tim then announces that Dr. San will be a full-time live-in doctor, taking care of Tom Cruise Jr. who is currently "nowhere near one hundred percent." The discussion ends with an embrace between Tim and Dr. San.
