The publication is overseen by [[tim]], with other notable contributors including chief financial reporter [[lucasbrown]] and [[gregg]].

Following a site redesign on September 30, 2025, the paywall was removed for all articles, though the paywall to view and post comments remains. The site redesign also merged //[[movietime]]//, a blog launched by Gregg in 2024, into //HEI Network News//.
