Dale is a manager of a Baskin-Robbins franchise, and close friend and confidant of Scott Lang/Ant-Man, portrayed by Paul Rudd. Dale gained popularity online due to a scene in //[[antman]]// (2015) in which Lang is fired for his criminal record. Dale states that "Baskin-Robbins always finds out," which was placed on some top ten meme lists for 2015.
