Over the course of On Cinema, frequent guest Gregg Turkington has changed his housing situation several times. Many times this is a move of convenience, in order to move to an area with more storage space that can be utilized for the Victorville Film Archives.

Before the start of the On Cinema podcast, Gregg lived alone in a Los Angeles apartment, in which he housed his extensive movie collection. Host Tim Heidecker once described it as feeling like entering a movie rental store.[2] In late 2012, it contained a plasma screen TV,[3] though in 2013 Gregg invested in a rear-projection TV because it made his home feel like a movie theater.[4]
After the destruction of the VFC, Gregg's living situation is unknown. In d06e06, Jonathan Kington is seen waking up in an apartment filled with coded VFA tapes, and decorated with an Ant-Man poster. This may have been Gregg's actual apartment that he was living in at the time, used as a set.
