60-Second Soapbox is a segment created by Tim Heidecker for his movie review show On Cinema at the Cinema, first airing in On Cinema at the Cinema Season 2 Episode 5: "Oz the Great and Powerful" and "Dead Man Down". Tim uses it as an opportunity to speak about topics outside of movies that he finds personally important. Each monologue is accompanied by a stopwatch on screen counting the 60 seconds Tim used to complete his soapbox.
