+Following the events of [[oscar11|AmatoCon 2024]], Gregg is given a big cash settlement from the business formerly known as [[amatogroup]]. Gregg uses this to acquire a majority stake in HEI Network and to buy and renovate the house from Wes Craven's //The People Under The Stairs// (1991), christening it as future tourist attraction Movie House. Gregg hires [[mark|Mark Prosch]] to fix up the house's many issues, which includes lack of plumbing (resulting in a porta-potty being placed outside) and mold.
