 +</WRAP>
 +The //**Our Cinema Oscar Special**// aired live on February 26, 2017. This is a unique [[oscarspecials|Oscar Special]], as it is not technically affiliated with [[oncinema|On Cinema]], but in fact stems from [[gregg]]'s own spin-off review show, [[ourcinema]].
 +
 +It was hosted by Gregg and [[mark]], with frequent call-ins from [[tim]], who at the time was in Dubai with his band, [[dekkar]]
 +
 +===== Summary =====
 +This special rather obviously lacks the budget of the //On Cinema// [[oscarspecials|Oscar specials]]. Gregg and Mark are seated in directors' chairs in front of a small flat-screen TV, which is propped up on a storage bin and nightstand. A whiteboard to Mark's right contains a hand-drawn //Our Cinema// logo, while over Gregg's left shoulder is an //Oh God! You Devil// (1984, 97 minutes) wall decoration. A couple of festive movie-themed helium balloons hang from Mark's chair. For refreshments, the two snack on microwave popcorn, raisins, and cans of pineapple juice (which Mark says he obtained for free at Staples).
 +
 +Gregg does a variety of segments relating to film history and trivia throughout the show. These include "Oscar Runner-Ups," "Top 10 Humphrey Bogart Roles of All Time," and "Co-Stars of Marilyn Monroe." He anticipates a call from [[john]], who never actually calls. He has also assembled an "Oscar Gift Bag" for Mark, consisting of a collection of "essential" VHS tapes, and a copy of the Video Movie Guide 2000, that he acquired at Goodwill.
 +
 +The show is plagued by technical difficulties and interruptions. The television often goes blank, or fails to display what Gregg requests. Objects, such as the whiteboard stand and stage lights, frequently fall over. Making matters worse, Tim continuously calls Gregg from Dubai to waste Gregg's time, or simply taunt him. At one point, Tim claims to be looking out the window of his hotel room on the 64th floor of a skyscraper, and Gregg says, "Well, jump!" After this point, Tim does not call again, and Gregg and Mark become concerned. They eventually call the concierge at Tim's hotel, who is unable to contact Tim. [[axiom]] later calls Gregg, saying Tim has gone missing. Towards the end of the Special, an unsettled Mark gets up to go home. Gregg protests, insisting Tim is fine, but Mark snaps, "You may have killed Tim!" and storms off set. A dejected Gregg is left to finish the Special by himself.

 +===== Trivia =====
 +  * First of only two Oscar Specials not hosted by Tim. The other is [[oscar6]], notwithstanding Tim's takeover of that special.
 +  * Gregg's On Cinema Movie Awards trophy from the [[oscar3|Third Oscar Special]] sits in front of the TV.
 +  * Gregg breaks character at 18:13, stifling a laugh while Mark repositions the whiteboard stand after it fell over.
