Tim Heidecker is the creator and primary host of //On Cinema//, having hosted the original [[podcast|podcast]], most of //[[ocatc|On Cinema at the Cinema]]//, //[[season13|On Cinema and More! in the Morning]]//, and //[[season14|On Cinema On Demand]]//. He is also the creator of the hit spy series //[[decker|Decker]]//, the founder and former front-man of the hit band [[dekkar|Dekkar]], the CEO of [[hei_inc|HEI Inc.]], and the founder of [[heinetwork|HEI Network]].

Tim is known to prioritize his own personal issues on the show over movies, including talking about [[tims_health|his various health issues]], relationship issues, political stances, and music career. He is a staunch conservative and has discussed being pro-life, anti-vaxx, and anti-immigration in the past. He also endorsed Donald Trump in 2016. He has involved himself in alternative medicine frequently, such as Dr. San's acupuncture, Dr. San's nutritional vape system, [[riojenesis]], [[rjs_shakes]], and [[grainwater]], which often had negative effects. Dr. San's vape system, in particular, led to both the burning down of Gregg's Victorville Film Archive and the [[electricsun20|death of 19 civilians]] at Tim's [[esdmf]], which led to a contentious [[trial|court trial]] where a mistrial was eventually declared.
