He assures the audience that his health is improving. His guest, Gregg Turkington, says no apology is necessary, and updates the audience on his [[501moviesin501days|500 movies in 500 days]] campaign. Tim and Gregg make plans on air to go see Indiana Jones together after the show, with dinner at [[carrabbas|Carrabba's]] beforehand. Today's only film is another great Jim Carrey flick, //Kick-Ass 2//, featuring a bunch of "made-up names" in the cast. Tim says he stood up and saluted Carrey at the end of the film in the theater. He says he was confused due to not having seen the first //Kick-Ass//, but still loved it. Gregg loved it too, but feels as though the provocative title may drive away some family audiences. Tim agrees, although he suggests that Hollywood cast Jim Carrey in a film called //Kiss-Ass// instead, in which he is a teacher's pet type. For [[onlocation]], Gregg has chosen a location in San Francisco he says will [[startrek|"settle an argument"]]. He appears on a street corner on which Captain Kirk and Spock were standing in //Star Trek II// (or IV??). He says that this proves to Tim "once and for all" that //Star Trek II// takes place in San Francisco, and shows stills from the movie with photos from the present day. The segment ends with a bold "CASE CLOSED." Tim looks flabbergasted, and tells Gregg his segment "didn't prove anything," and a heated argument ensues. Tim produces a copy of the //Star Trek IV// novelization and reads the summary on the back. Gregg rejects this, insisting that the novel is the first four //Star Trek// films in one book. The two hassle for several minutes before Tim shuts Gregg up, and says Gregg is "not a good match" for the show. He says he needs to "make an adjustment" with the guests, effectively firing Gregg, and wishes him the best. The show ends with Tim explaining to a shell-shocked Gregg, "I'm sorry, I can't do this." ===== Ratings ===== **//Kick-Ass 2// (2013, 103 mins.)**\\ **[[tim|Tim]]**: 5 bags of popcorn, 1 soda\\ **[[gregg|Gregg]]**: 5 bags of popcorn (movie), 0 bags of popcorn (title) ===== Trivia ===== * The street corner Gregg visits is at 145 Columbus Avenue in San Francisco, at the five-point intersection of Columbus Avenue, Kearny Street, and Pacific Avenue.
