Tim and Gregg discuss a family-friendly film, a not-so-family-friendly film, and disagree to disagree on their picks for the best film of 2012.

===== Synopsis =====
Tim thanks the viewers for a successful first season. He introduces his guest, Gregg Turkington, who is looking snappy in an oversized double-breasted suit. Gregg announces he will be teaching film classes at local community centers. First up is //Parental Guidance//, starring Billy Crystal, a favorite of both Tim and Gregg. Tim finds the film very funny, and loves the combination of humor and family values. Gregg loves the Billy Crystal-Bette Midler duo, and hails the film as a welcome distraction from "wars" and "bombs" and other depressing world events. He also remarks that it would have been funny if the film were rated R instead of PG, which Tim dismisses as "not my kind of humor." 

Seeming a bit peeved, Tim jumps straight into the synopsis of //Django Unchained// without asking Gregg's rating for //Parental Guidance//. Tim and Gregg remark that //Django Unchained// is very violent, and they believe it would have been more appropriate to release the film around Halloween rather than Christmas. They both agree that it is a great film, however, and award it four and five bags, respectively.

The two then do a season recap, reflecting on their favorite and least favorite films of the year. Gregg's favorite is //The Hobbit//, while Tim picks //Jack Reacher//. Tim then picks //Skyfall// as his least favorite film of the year, as it was "too confusing." Gregg takes some offense to this, saying that //Skyfall// is among the best Bond films, and disliking it is tantamount to disliking the whole franchise. When pressed by Tim to pick his own least favorite film, Gregg, seemingly out of spite, chooses //Jack Reacher//, calling it "just not a good film." This frustrates Tim, who takes Gregg to task for seemingly doing an about-face after initially [[s01e09|giving the film high marks]]. The two "disagree to disagree" and move on to [[onlocation]].

The segment features a house from the film //Blast from the Past// (1999, 112 minutes) in which Alicia Silverstone's character lived. The show ends with an awkward silence between Tim and Gregg as the theater darkens.
