**Delgado Media Holdings** was a subsidiary of the [[delgadofund]], owned and operated by the family of [[esdmf]] victim [[chrisdelgado]]. It was created to manage the intellectual properties it acquired from [[tim]]. However, due to poor performance of these properties, along with various legal challenges, it eventually sold these properties back to Heidecker.
