**Delgado Media Holdings** was a subsidiary of the [[delgadofund]], owned and operated by the family of [[esdmf]] victim [[chrisdelgado]]. It was created to manage the intellectual properties it acquired from [[tim]]. However, due to poor performance of these properties, along with various legal challenges, it eventually sold these properties back to Heidecker.

===== History =====
The company was organized sometime before the events of [[s10e08|S10E08]], by the Delgado family and Tim's former defense attorney, [[dwyer]]. Dwyer reached out to [[gregg]], and informed him that he was to have increased creative control of //On Cinema// moving forward. The stipulations included more movie reviews each week, and two [[popcornclassics]] selections. Tim would remain host of the show, although Gregg's title was more or less officially recognized as co-host.
