**Bill Ring** is the owner of the lot that formerly contained the [[moviehouse]], which he had leased to [[gregg]] in December 2024. He had sent Gregg an unwarranted eviction notice just two months later due to alleged prostitution going on with [[tim|New Heidecker]]'s unlicensed [[newmanmassage|massage business]] that both New and Gregg protested. Right before the //[[oscar12]]//, Ring or an unknown associate locked all entryways into the Movie House, which resulted in [[mark|Mark Prousch]] being assigned by New to break into the house through an open window on the second floor. New attempted to [[savemoviehouse|raise funds]] to buy the Movie House from Ring with cash and [[heipoints]], though it is currently unknown if he was successful following the collapse of the Movie House later in the night.
