**Bilbo Bogart** is an alias occasionally employed by [[gregg]] in official duties for the [[vfa]].

The alias was first used during the //[[oscar8|9th Annual Our Cinema Oscar Special]]//, when Gregg posed as Mr. Bogart to contact [[axiom]] on behalf of the "Hollywood Memories Network," a fictional TV network. The goal was to demonstrate that Axiom, at that point advertised as the [[heinetwork]] as "Mister Movies," had little to no movie expertise.

His name has been featured on several official VFA certificates. VFA Certificates of Expertise are signed by Mr. Bogart, in his capacity as the chairman of the VFA Certification Committee. He also signed the Certificate of Authenticity for the Oscar Special 11 Challenge Coins as President of Memorabilia Authentication.
